Work With Me
You've spent years becoming exceptionally good at navigating the external world.
The strategy, the performance, the leadership, decision-making, the growth, the influence, building things, solving things, and making things happen.
But there is another kind of intelligence that doesn't respond particularly well to your current identity.
Your internal world, your desires, your emotions, your intuition, your patterns, your nervous system, and your sense of meaning. The parts of yourself that may have been quiet while you were busy being capable.
This is not about becoming less ambitious. I won't ask you to become less ambitious - I'll help you understand your ambition. I won't ask you to give up your drive - I'll help you understand where it's taking you. I won't tell you to let go of your control - we'll explore what that control has made possible, and what it may now be costing you.
The goal isn't to dismantle the person who got you here. It's to discover who you are when that person no longer has to run the entire operation.
WHAT I ACTUALLY DO
I help high-functioning people develop a deeper relationship with themselves.
Together, we explore what is actually operating beneath the obvious story. What drives you, what shapes your decisions, what you've learned to suppress, what you've outgrown, what you're holding onto, what your body already knows, where you're operating from conditioning rather than choice, what you genuinely want, and what becomes possible when you stop overriding yourself.
My work draws from intuitive coaching, energetic awareness, nervous-system and somatic work, deep questioning, pattern recognition, reflection, and practical integration.
But the methodology isn't the point. The experience is.
You don't come to me to collect another set of tools. You come to experience yourself differently. And from that place, different choices become possible.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
This isn't traditional coaching. I'm not here to hand you a ten-step plan and send you off with a worksheet.
I start with you. Where you are. What's moving. What's no longer working. What's calling you. And, often, what's underneath the thing you think you're here to solve.
I'll ask questions. I'll listen carefully. I'll notice patterns. I'll challenge you. I'll reflect what I see. I'll help you make sense of complexity without reducing it to a formula.
Sometimes you'll get clarity. Sometimes you'll get challenged. Sometimes we'll work directly with what's happening in your body and nervous system. Sometimes you'll realise the problem you brought into the room wasn't actually the problem. And sometimes I may point directly at something you've been very intelligent about avoiding.
You may expect me to tell you what to do. I probably won't. My role isn't to become the authority on your life. It's to help you become more deeply connected to your own.
FOR MEN WHO ARE READY TO LOOK INWARD
I particularly enjoy working with high-functioning men who have built substantial external capacity - and are willing to turn that same courage, intelligence, and curiosity inward.
Men who have achieved, built, led, provided, explored, taken risks, solved problems, handled responsibilities, and perhaps even done things most people would consider extraordinary.
But who are now asking a different kind of question.
Not: What else can I conquer?
But: What happens when I stop making everything outside of me the challenge?
You don't need another person telling you how to live; you don't need rescuing, and you certainly don't need someone treating you like a broken project.
You may simply be ready to explore a part of yourself you've never approached with the same level of attention you've given everything else. That's a very different kind of challenge. And one I understand.
FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE BEEN CAPABLE FOR FAR TOO LONG
This work isn't exclusive to men. I also work with high-functioning women who have spent years being capable, responsible, independent, and extraordinarily good at holding everything together.
Women who have achieved, adapted, cared, led and carried. Women who may have done a considerable amount of healing already - yet still feel there is another layer waiting to be lived.
The work is the same at its core:
What happens when you stop organising your life entirely around who you've had to become - and start making space for who you actually are?
MY APPROACH
I work at the intersection of logic and intuitive intelligence. I don't believe you have to choose between the two.
Your intellect has probably got you a long way; I'm not interested in taking it away; I'm interested in giving the rest of you a seat at the table.
My approach is intuitive, experiential, bespoke and deeply personal. There is no rigid formula because there is no generic version of you. We work with what is actually happening - a difficult conversation, a pattern you suddenly see, a decision you've been circling, an emotional response that doesn't make sense, a part of yourself you've learned to override, a belief that has quietly shaped decades of your life, a desire you haven't given yourself permission to take seriously.
Or simply the growing sense that the next chapter cannot be built using exactly the same operating system as the last one.
THE 1:1 EXPERIENCE
A bespoke space to explore what comes next.
There is no prescribed six-month transformation you need to squeeze yourself into. We begin with where you actually are.
Typically, that starts with a 30-day deep-dive intensive - enough time to move beyond surface-level conversation and properly explore what is going on.
From there, we can continue in the way that makes sense for you:
Ongoing monthly work - for continued perspective, integration, and support.
A deeper three-month container - for a specific period of exploration, transition, or transformation.
Longer-term work - for those who want an ongoing space for their personal evolution.
The container can change as you do, because this isn't about keeping you dependent on me. It's about helping you become more deeply connected to yourself.
THIS ISN'T FOR EVERYONE.
And that's deliberate.
I'm not the right person for someone looking for a formula. I'm not interested in convincing you that you have a problem. I'm not going to manufacture pain so I can sell you the solution. And I'm not going to tell you who you should become.
This work asks something of you: curiosity, honesty, self-responsibility, a willingness to question your own thinking, and a willingness to go somewhere you cannot completely control.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. You do need to be willing to find out.
